Our chicken backyard recipe

It was quite a while since I share food recipe here, and that´s why I am sharing our all time favorite Eurasia (Europe/Asia) recipe, this is not really the exactly the ingredient, I and hubby joined together to combine all this ingredient , so it means this is a little bit of love ingredient LOL. So if you like to try this recipe, then I am happy to share the ingredient to you guy. And don´t worry because everybody can buy all the ingredient, doesn´t matter if you live in Asian, Us or even Europe likes me. Below you can find the ingredient and instruction.















Here are the ingredient:

4 pieces chicken file
1 tsk salt
1/4 tsk white pepper
1 tsk timjan
1 to 2 yellow onions
2 different kind of colors of spanish pepper
1 tsk soja
2 dl. water
1 msk flour
1 can of coconut milk
1 knorr cubes of mushroom
1/4 kilo of mushroom















serve it with rice will be perfect!















Instruction:

Frie the onion, after a minutes put the chicken and mix it together, until the chicken get brown. Leave it for 15 minutes and after that put the Spanish pepper and leave it again for 1 minutes and put the water. Mix it and put the timjan, knorr mushroom cubes, and add the flour and the coconut milk. Leave it again for 5 minutes and then put the mushroom and put the rest of the ingredient, wait for 10 minutes and serve it with rice, I hope I explain it well LOL.

As I usually do when I am not busy, I do blog hopping, this is one thing I need to do at least five times a week. In this way, I can get more friends and more traffic to my blog. I love my blog a lot and since I am addicted to it, my day will not be complete without visiting my blog. The good things about blog is besides of earning some extra money, you also meet different kind of people around the world. I accidentally came to this Site WhatUp, and since I was curious, I click the words and landing to a family blog site. And read through it and get to know who is that family blog site is. Reading is the way you learn something right? That´s why I read about the blog and I learn enough about it through reading. I love visiting other blog and leaving a comment specially if I found their blog really interesting.

There are a thousands of billion bloggers around the world, and bloggers have different kind of topic, style and design. That´s why every blog can be call as unique like I have and you have. Anyway I have been blogging for almost a year now and I love it. I gain friends all over the world, I get extra money for shopping and a new hobby for me which is really help since I am alone at home for the whole day, instead of going out alone which I don´t enjoy. I love sharing everything about my life because I want someone will learn my experience and get a good idea.

We went for a walk

We had a long walked today with my hubby since it was sunny (but it was a little bit too much sun for me, but at least I enjoyed walking with my husband). While we were walking, I took some picture if anything that I saw, maybe you don´t know guys I love taking a picture and if we got a good budget my husband will buys a real camera so that I can use it to take a picture. This is in the Liseberg (one of the biggest amusement park in the Europe) where Michael Jackson name we´re written. Some people put flowers, stuff toys money and so on.















This is what we call tram (street car in English) this is mostly for tourist people.















I saw this hare (relatives of rabbit) when we was trying to relax in the park. You can seen many of hare when it summer here in Sweden.

This is a new park for the teenagers where they can practice biking and skating.















I just love the limousine, and maybe one day I own something like this. But I told my husband I will not love to have this kind of limousine because it too expensive, I told him instead we will going to buy a old car and fix it to be like this limousine so that we can save instead of buying new one LOL.

Going out to do sun bathing

The sun is shining outside, it means I need to stop posting and blog hopping because my husband want to do sun bathing (I will not join him, I will be lying under the three while he is beside me reading and enjoying the heat of the sun. The reason why I will not join him doing sun bathing because I don´t want to experience again the bad headache likes yesterday, I feel it almost all day until I went to bed so I think it will be wiser if I will not join him right?
